Ezra Chiloba
Managing Partner
Ezra Chiloba has wide experience and knowledge in managing complex projects and transactions for both public and private sector actors. He is a well-rounded leader who sees law practice not as an end but a means for value creation on behalf of clients. He has extensive experience in public sector governance having risen to the CEO of the Electoral Commission. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi, MSc in Major Programme Management from Oxford University and MA in Public Policy from the Central European University.

Eugene Barasa
Associate
Eugene Barasa holds a Bachelor of Laws, LL.B, from Moi University School of Law, Eldoret, together with a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is an associate at the firm and specializes in Civil and Commercial litigation, Land Matters, Employment and Labour Disputes, Public Procurement, Family and Succession Matters and Legal Research.

Anne Stacy Murugi hold a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from Moi
University, together with a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the
Kenya School of Law.She is also a Certified Professional Mediator
(MTI). Ms. Murugi is an Associate at the Firm and specializes in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Conveyance, Commercial Transactions and Litigation in Family Law, Children’s Matters, Employment & Labour Relations Court and the Environment and Lands Court.

Norah is a graduate of Maseno University and has extensive
experience working in financial and multi-national institutions in
different administrative and financial roles. She provides operations and administrative support to the firm.
